Luxury Rehab Florida is an independent, Florida-only guide for families comparing private and luxury treatment. We do not sell rankings and we do not run a call center. Instead, the site has one featured spot, held by one licensed center at a time.
- One center only. No other center is featured or paid, so your listing does not compete with a row of other ads.
- Seen across the site. The featured listing appears near the top of the homepage and on every region and city page.
- Always labeled as paid. Families trust what is honest. The label is part of the deal, and it never comes off.
- A flat fee. Never per call, per referral or per admission, in line with Florida’s patient brokering law (s. 817.505) and its marketing rules (s. 397.55).
What we require
- A current Florida DCF license for the services and locations you list. We check it in DCF’s provider search.
- Accreditation preferred. Joint Commission or CARF accreditation is not required, but we look for it and confirm it in the accreditor’s directory.
- Accurate claims. Everything in your listing must be true and checkable. If a claim turns out to be wrong, we will ask you to fix it, and we may end the listing.
