The short version
- Luxury Rehab Florida is a brand operated by SEO Algorithms LLC.
- The site has one paid featured spot. One center holds it at a time, for a flat fee, and it is always labeled as paid.
- We never charge per referral, per call or per admission.
- No other center pays to appear on this site.
- The at-home line, 1-888-530-5153, is answered by a partner at-home treatment provider, not by this guide. SEO Algorithms LLC receives no payment for those calls or for any admissions.
The featured spot
One licensed Florida treatment center at a time can pay for the featured spot. It appears near the top of the homepage and on each region and city page, and it is labeled as a paid placement wherever it appears. The center pays a flat fee. The fee is the same whether the listing brings no calls or many, and it does not depend on referrals or admissions.
The featured center must hold a current Florida DCF license, and its listing may only make claims we can check. Paying for the spot does not change the alphabetical lists, what we write about the featured center, or what we write about any other center. Right now the spot shows a clearly marked example, not a real center. When a real center holds it, its name will appear on the listing. Centers can read the terms on Apply for the featured spot.
Why we never take per-referral fees
Florida’s Patient Brokering Act, s. 817.505, Florida Statutes, makes it a crime to offer, pay, solicit or receive anything of value in exchange for referring a patient to a health care provider or facility, or in exchange for a patient accepting treatment. Florida also bans deceptive marketing by addiction treatment providers and the companies that market for them under s. 397.55, Florida Statutes, including false or misleading statements about services or locations.
A flat, labeled fee that does not depend on how many people call or enroll is how we keep the site’s money separate from your choice. We are not lawyers, and this page is not legal advice.
The at-home line
Some families want medically supervised detox or rehab at home or in a hotel. For them, the site shows one phone number, 1-888-530-5153. Calls are answered by a partner at-home treatment provider, not by this guide, and SEO Algorithms LLC does not answer, record or listen to them. SEO Algorithms LLC receives no payment for those calls or for any admissions that follow.
At-home detox is not safe for everyone. Severe alcohol or benzodiazepine withdrawal can need a hospital. In an emergency, call 911. Read more about treatment at home.
Everyone else we name
Every other center named on this site is listed for free, in alphabetical order, for research. No other center pays to appear, to be described, or to be left out. We link to centers’ websites so you can read their own words, and those links are not paid.
Check any provider yourself
You don’t have to take our word, or any center’s. Florida’s Department of Children and Families keeps a public search of licensed substance use disorder providers, reached from its licensing page (choose “View the SUD Provider Search”). Our guide to checking a DCF license walks you through it.
